Teaches at OMNI Yoga Studio, Berlin
Berlin, Steglitz

Evenings built around sound and presence, and yoga that leaves room to feel something. None of it asks you to arrive as anything other than what you are that day.

Kirtan

Come to sing, even if you don't sing

Sacred chant, call and response, voices in a room together. It opens something direct, and it works on people who arrive certain it won't.

Kirtan & cacao

Come when you want to land somewhere

Ceremonial cacao, mantra, and space to arrive. A gentle evening with nothing to keep up with. We gather to reconnect, to feel, and to share stillness.

Vinyasa & Yin

Come for the practice underneath the practice

Movement and long held shapes, often with sound underneath. This is what I bring to retreats alongside Stephanie.

Where to find me. Most of it happens at OMNI in Steglitz, and most of it is donation based.

OMNI Presence Retreat
With Stephanie, OMNI Yoga Studio

Four nights at Nonna Hof with Stephanie, experiencing presence in a way that feels real, grounded and connected. Vinyasa and yin, sound bath, kirtan, cacao, and a sauna. Sound bowls and collective chant deepen the listening; practising together does the rest.

Most of what I do happens with other people. If you hold space too, or you run a studio or a retreat that wants sound in it, this is where I am.

Messages here go through Namaspot, so I know who I’m talking to. Tell me who you are and what you have in mind.

Kirtan for your space

Available

I bring the harmonium and lead the chant. It works at the close of a retreat day, as an evening of its own, or alongside somebody else's practice. People who were sure they wouldn't sing usually end up singing.

The sound and ceremony half of your retreat

Available

You hold the days, I hold an evening: cacao, mantra, sound. I have been doing this with Stephanie and it has become the part people talk about afterwards.

Always

Everyone is on their own path and still deeply connected. The best things I have been part of came from two people putting their practices next to each other and seeing what happened.

Every time we create these spaces I am reminded how powerful it is to connect through sacred chant. It opens something direct: to your own heart, to the people sharing the room, and to something larger than the room.

We are each on our own path and mission, and still deeply connected, sharing the same love within us. Making places where people can recognise that is the whole of it for me.

I am in Berlin, mostly at OMNI in Steglitz, holding kirtan evenings, cacao ceremonies and sound, and co-hosting retreats with Stephanie.
