USC & Wellhub: €35 additional payment Join Hara Katsiki, Quantum Healer, Intuitive Guide and Past Life Regression Hypnotherapist, for a Group Regression Experience. Group Regression is a guided hypnosis and visualization journey where participants explore past lives, meet spiritual guides, and access higher-self insight together in a shared space. The Group Regression has three parts. During the workshop, the entire group will experience: • A Past Life Regression• Meeting Your Guardian Angel / Spiritual Guide• A Journey into the Future A Past Life Regression is a relaxed experience in which a practitioner or hypnotherapist guides participants into a light state of hypnosis, similar to a meditative state of mind. In this deeply relaxed state, you are invited to access the subconscious and explore memories, images and experiences that may arise. Participants often gain new understanding and insights into their emotional, mental, physical or spiritual selves through this experience. There can be many reasons to explore a past life: to gain insight into your life purpose, relationships or fears – or simply out of curiosity. The invitation is to stay open to whatever messages or images arise and trust where the journey takes you. Using simple visualization and imagery techniques, the whole group is first guided back in time to explore a past life, then invited to meet a spiritual guide or guardian angel, and finally taken on a journey into the future. After each experience, there will be time to write down what you have seen and experienced, followed by optional group sharing and discussion. Suitable for all levels – whether you have had similar experiences before or are completely new to regression. No previous experience is necessary. If you are curious to discover more about who you are, explore past and future lives, meet your guides and connect with your higher wisdom, join us. Please bring a pen and paper.
