In Open Sky Wellbeing’s words
We're beyond excited to welcome Tara Judelle to Open Sky this November for a rare two day immersion, Somatic Kundalini. Tara is an internationally recognised yoga teacher and the creator of Embodied Flow™, with close to three decades of study across dance, Tai Chi, movement and yoga. She has taught worldwide for over a decade, trained with renowned teachers in Tantric philosophy and Somatic Inquiry, and is known for weaving deep embodiment work with playfulness and humour. This workshop draws on that lifetime of study, distilled into two days designed to help you feel more at home in your own body. It's about being guided back to a part of yourself that's often overlooked, and learning to trust what you find there. You're welcome to join one day or both.
