In Tribe Leith Walk’s words
Restorative Yoga is an opportunity to release physical tension and quiet the mind in the comfort of fully supported yoga postures. Using a wide range of props alongside breathwork and guided relaxation, this practice encourages a deep state of rest. Poses are held for longer, not with the intention of stretching the body, but to support the nervous system in shifting from patterns of stress towards a state of balance, healing, and integration. Suitable for all levels. Please arrive at the class 5-10 minutes early to allow for check in, as there is no admittance to class after the start time. Storage lockers are available. We will provide you with a mat, but if you prefer your own you are welcome to bring one. Shower and mat towels are available for hire at £1. *If you late cancel within 12 hours or no-show, you may lose your class. Members who late cancel or no show will be subject to fees. Mat/Cycle fees differ from our Reformer fees for members, please see our T&Cs for full details:https://tribe.yoga/terms-and-conditions/* Please be aware that an assistance dog may be present on the premises. By proceeding with your booking or visit, you acknowledge this and agree to its presence.
