In Tribe Leith Walk’s words

Flow and Restore is a dynamic blend of movement and stillness, offering the perfect balance between effort and relaxation. The flow portion is an upbeat, creative practice that seamlessly links breath with movement, drawing inspiration from various movement modalities. It focuses on building awareness, coordination, and strength, empowering you to move confidently and playfully through each sequence. The restorative portion is an opportunity to release physical tension and quiet the mind in the comfort of fully supported yoga postures. Using a wide range of props alongside breathwork and guided relaxation, encouraging a deep state of rest. Poses are held for longer, not with the intention of stretching the body, but to support the nervous system in shifting from patterns of stress towards a state of balance, healing, and integration. Suitable for all levels. Please arrive at the class 5-10 minutes early to allow for check in, as there is no admittance to class after the start time. Storage lockers are available. We will provide you with a mat, but if you prefer your own you are welcome to bring one. Shower and mat towels are available for hire at £1. *If you late cancel within 12 hours or no-show, you may lose your class. Members who late cancel or no show will be subject to fees. Mat/Cycle fees differ from our Reformer fees for members, please see our T&Cs for full details:https://tribe.yoga/terms-and-conditions/* Please be aware that an assistance dog may be present on the premises. By proceeding with your booking or visit, you acknowledge this and agree to its presence.
