In SOLID GOLD YOGI’s words
Between the notes, Part II An immersive evening of yin, live synth, viola + voice Between the Notes returns for a second evening of movement and live sound at Solid Gold Yogi, featuring musicians Cindy Lan and Tyler Neidermayer. Together, Cindy and Tyler will create an evolving soundscape in real time, with dreamy oscillations weaving between echoing viola and voice. Their improvisation will move between the spacious and atmospheric, textured and rhythmic, quiet and expressive—shaping an immersive environment that changes moment by moment. A slow, grounding yin practice guided by Zody Huynh will offer a physical container for the music, creating space to experience sound not simply as a backdrop, but as something felt through the body. Through long-held shapes and stillness, the evening invites you to notice how vibration shifts sensation, how the body responds as sound builds and recedes, and what becomes audible when we give ourselves time to pause and listen. Expect long-held yin shapes, immersive live sound, moments of intensity, and space to settle inward. No prior yoga experience is required. Space is limited.
