The Confidence Concept - Pilates Boutique is a reformer Pilates studio in the Oosterparkbuurt neighborhood of Amsterdam. Classes center on reformer and mat Pilates, with many aimed at experienced students and a strong, strength-based pace. Class names such as Confident Core, Confident Booty and Mat: Sculpt point to work for the core, glutes and full body. Gentler options include Reform: Stretch & Mobility, a postpartum class called Mommy & Me Pilates, and MIND: Yoga Nidra & Mindful Movement. A Confidence Cacao Ritual & Reiki is also on the schedule.
