--------------------------- Begin your day with movement, breath and stillness. The early morning is a special time. The world is slowly awakening, and the day is still ahead of you. An invitation to pause for a moment before stepping into the rhythm of the day. During Morning Ritual, we take the time to awaken consciously. We begin with a moment of silence, followed by gentle movements to warm up the body. Through Sun Salutations (Sūrya Namaskāra) and traditional Hatha Yoga postures, we gradually bring the body into movement, with attention to the breath and the space that unfolds. After the physical practice, we take time for Śavāsana, allowing the body to rest completely. From this place of rest, we deepen our awareness through prāṇāyāma (breathing practices) and conclude with meditation. This class brings together movement and stillness. Not to do more or achieve something, but to begin the day with awareness, clarity and a deeper connection to yourself. One hour for yourself, before the day begins.
