Special Class: Sunday Reformer Stretch EN
Lengthen, soften and breathe into space.

In HALE.NOW - Charlottenburg Reformer’s words
Active, flowing stretches using spring resistance to lengthen and strengthen through full range. The springs support and challenge in equal measure, so flexibility is built with control, not forced. Each session works through the areas that tighten most during the week: hips, hamstrings, spine and shoulders. Hip openers. Hamstring work in the straps. Spinal rotation and extension. Shoulder mobility. All linked by steady breath and a slow, deliberate pace. Ideal for stiffness from desk work, recovery from training, or simply resetting after a busy week. Suits runners, cyclists, gym regulars and existing Reformer clients alike. Beginners welcome, with options throughout. A Note on Pregnancy & Postpartum: If you trained with us regularly before your pregnancy, you're welcome to keep joining our classes — as long as you feel good doing so and have clearance from your doctor. The same applies to returning after birth: please be sure to talk to your doctor first. As a general guideline, it's recommended to wait at least 8 weeks after a vaginal birth and 10–12 weeks after a caesarean. Be patient with your body and give yourself time to ease back into your routine.
