Somatic Move - Praxis für Ganzheitliche Therapie

Somatic Move is a practice for holistic therapy in Rote Insel, Schöneberg, right by the Gasometer, that also offers a Somatic Movement and Meditation class. Sessions combine osteopathy, massage and coaching, with somatic approaches to regulating the nervous system. The space is light-filled and the entrance is accessible. Visitors bring a large towel, comfortable clothes and clean socks, and arrive 5 to 10 minutes early.
