Sound of Pilates

Sound of Pilates is a small reformer Pilates studio in the old town of Köpenick, founded by Sarah Yazigi, a certified STOTT PILATES instructor with a Master's in Music Therapy. Group classes are limited to 6 reformers, and the schedule includes Sound Healing classes lying down, plus prenatal and Mama & Baby reformer classes. The space is described as light, warm and calm. About 35 classes a week run, mostly in the morning, in German and English. A single reformer class costs €30 and a Sound Healing class €22.
