Sale Lake in Boulder is a Pilates-focused neighborhood, with a couple of studios and a lot of reformer work. The Pilates Center and Studio Pilates International Boulder run mostly morning classes, with fewer in the evening and on weekends. Expect strong, strength-oriented classes for experienced students, some with DJ beats, plus gentle sessions, mat Pilates and classes for first-timers.
