Heat, strength and stillness
The studio is built around hot yoga, which makes up more than half of the classes, alongside vinyasa and power yoga. Power vinyasa channels strength and fluid transitions, while ashtanga yoga flow works on physical activation and alignment over ninety minutes. Hatha flow slows the transitions and holds postures longer, so the same studio also offers a gentler pace.
The softer side of the schedule includes yin and nidra, which asks for long, deep holds without choreography, and restorative yoga with reiki. Slow flow and sound pairs grounding movement with restorative sound, and some classes add meditation, breathwork, chanting or gong and bowls.
How the week is shaped

The studio is in the west loop, and the classes are led by a couple of dozen facilitators, with julianne farrell, lauren nemiroff, mia brooks and sophie williams leading the most.
