What the classes feel like

Power yoga and vinyasa lead the timetable, with ashtanga, hot yoga and rocket yoga appearing less often. Classes tend to be strong and energetic, and many have creative sequences that build through standing work, balance and backbends.

Alongside the power classes sit a few softer options. Slow Flow - Sunday Unwind opens with guided breathwork, and some sessions bring in meditation, restore and calm. These give the week a different pace without leaving the studio's style.

How the week is shaped

Classes run from 7am into the evening, with about a fifth of the timetable in the morning, a fifth at midday and a fifth in the evening. Weekends account for about a third of the classes, and the busiest start times are 3:30pm, 4:30pm, 5:30pm and 7am.

Facilitators include Mimi Rieger, Chris Reber, James Richardson and Scott Arden, among a couple of dozen teaching across the studio. Classes are taught in English, and most are about an hour long.
