Styles and what they feel like
Vinyasa is the studio's most common style, with about half of its classes built around it. Rocket Vinyasa, a faster flow rooted in Ashtanga, appears in roughly a third of the schedule and includes arm balances and inversions. Hatha is less frequent but still part of the mix, with classes like Hatha Slow Flow and Hatha Yoga taught at a slower pace with an emphasis on alignment and conscious breathing.
Beyond the core styles, the studio offers classes for specific needs. Yoga Wall - Happy Back focuses on stretching and strengthening the back with correct alignment, and a few classes address mobility, flexibility and restoration. Breathwork and Meditation, along with Candlelight Restorative Yoga followed by a sound savasana, give a quieter counterpoint to the flows.
When classes run
The studio's classes are concentrated in the morning, with more than half of them starting before the afternoon and about a third before 9am. Sunrise Yoga Flow and Sunrise Vinyasa are part of the early schedule. The rest of the week includes midday classes and a smaller evening block, with about a fifth of classes in the evening and a similar share on weekends.
Monday, Thursday and Friday are the busiest days of the week, so those are the days when you will have the most options to choose from. The earliest class begins at 6:30am and the latest at 7pm.
