Saints and Angels Healing Through Sound Chicago is a sound bath studio in Old Town, Chicago. Sound baths are the main practice, with gong and bowls, breathwork and guided meditation alongside. The Angelic Cleanser classes move through the chakras in five steps: ground, cleanse, scrub, rinse and seal. Sound & Suggestion is made for people whose minds keep going after a sound bath, with a meditation that uses hypnotic language. Classes are calm and restorative, and they run 60 to 90 minutes. Most happen on weekends, and some fall in the morning.
