In Saints and Angels Healing Through Sound Chicago’s words

Full Moon Sound Bath Release. Reflect. Recharge. Join us the Tuesday before Thanksgiving for a beautiful Full Moon Sound Bath designed to help you slow down, let go, and create space before the holiday. Under the energy of the full moon, we'll come together for an immersive evening of crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other acoustic healing instruments , blended with original digital soundscapes, calming scents, and ambient lighting. We'll begin with gentle breathing and intention setting, focusing on gratitude, release, and emotional balance before allowing the sounds and vibrations to guide you into deep relaxation. What to Expect: Simply lie back, close your eyes, and allow yourself to receive. No experience necessary. Everything is provided — comfortable cushions, blankets, and pillows. Take a moment for yourself before the holiday begins. Saints & Angels Healing Through Sound | 1223 N. LaSalle, Chicago
