Holmen og Refshaleøen

Holmen og Refshaleøen in Copenhagen's Indre By has one studio, and the practice here is reformer Pilates. Energii Christianshavn runs the classes, most of them in the morning, with evenings and weekends filling out the schedule. Some classes are made for parent and child, some for postnatal practice, and a few welcome people coming to Pilates for the first time.
