Energii Christianshavn – Reformer Pilates
Energii Christianshavn is a reformer Pilates studio in Holmen og Refshaleøen, Copenhagen. Classes are built around the reformer, with signature, classic and basic beginner formats, each running 50 minutes. A mother and baby class sits alongside them, a postnatal and parent and child practice. Newcomers have a class made for a first time on the reformer. Gloves and socks are part of the routine, and the studio asks people to bring them. Classes run mostly in the morning, with evening and weekend options too.
