What the classes are
Pilates is the heart of Flow Haus. Nearly all of the classes belong to the practice, and reformer classes make up about a fifth of the timetable. Names like Reformer Signature, Reformer Strong and Reformer Flow point to different textures within that work, from steady strength to a more flowing pace.
The studio also keeps mat classes on the schedule, among them Mat Fusion, Mat Tone and Mat Flow. Hot classes such as Hot Tone and Hot Fusion add warmth to the mix. For a practice that is mainly sweat and strength, Flow Haus offers a clear focus rather than a wide range.
How the week runs
Most classes run 45 minutes, while the reformer and bro haus sessions take a full hour. The timetable is spread over the week, with about a third of classes in the morning and about a third in the evening. Start times around 11:45am, 5:30pm, 6:45pm and 6:45am are the ones that come up most often.
The studio is a short walk from the harbor, so the Länsisatama location is easy to reach before or after work. Weekends hold about a fifth of the classes.
