In The Salisbury Centre’s words
Join us in person for a cosmic sound journey with yoga and breathwork to unwind, recharge, and reconnect. What to expect? Live music, sound, breath & embodied experience Come and immerse yourself in an evening of live sound, music, breath, and movement. This is more than a traditional sound bath. Guitar, voice, chimes, dulcimer, and singing bowls weave together in a live, evolving soundscape, inviting you to slow down, tune in, and experience sound in a different way. Through guided kundalini yoga, breathwork, and the resonance of live instruments and voice, you’ll be invited to reconnect with your body, settle your mind, and explore the space between stillness and movement. There’s nothing to achieve and no special experience needed. Simply come as you are, get comfortable, and allow yourself to be immersed in the sounds, sensations, and rhythms as they unfold. Expect an evening of: Live, improvised guitar and vocals The layered tones of chimes, dulcimer, and singing bowls Guided kundalini yoga and breathwork Space to relax, feel, listen, and reconnect with yourself An invitation to step out of the everyday, put down the mental noise, and give yourself over to the experience.
