The Organic Way : Cafe | Cantina | Mercearia | Studio | Sauna |

The Organic Way is a yoga studio in Ericeira, set inside a space that also holds a cafe, cantina, mercearia and sauna. Classes lean toward yoga, with vinyasa, power vinyasa flow, Ashtanga, rocket yoga, tantra yoga and soma yoga, alongside Pilates and breathwork. Most are open to all levels, and there are gentle and restorative classes for release, like myofascial release and The Energy Reset, plus a community kirtan. Some descriptions are written in English and Portuguese. Classes mostly run in the mornings, with a smaller share in the evenings.
