Delight Yoga Frankfurt

Delight Yoga Frankfurt is a yoga studio in Ostend, Frankfurt. Jivamukti is the main style, with dynamic vinyasa sequences that pair chanting and meditation with the physical practice. Classes suit all levels, and there are also ashtanga inspired classes, a morning wake up flow, and slower yin and restorative classes with bolsters, blocks and blankets. Some classes are taught in English, and a basics course runs in German and English. Most classes run in the evening, with a smaller share in the morning and on weekends.
