What the classes cover
The studio's name is Sangha Studios, and it runs dozens of classes across Pilates, yoga, barre and mobility work. Pilates is the backbone of the timetable, with classical sessions of about 50 minutes and Dynamic Pilates for a faster, more energising workout. Yoga is mostly vinyasa flow and grounded flow, and barre adds ballet-inspired movement in both a classical, low-impact form and a more upbeat dynamic version.
Gyrokinesis® and the restorative classes sit alongside these, focusing on spinal mobility, breath and release. Many classes lean toward core and pelvic floor work, so the studio suits people who want their strength built with attention to alignment.
How the week runs
Most of the timetable falls in the evenings and on weekends, with mornings also well represented. Busiest days are Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday, and classes start as early as 8am and finish with starts as late as 7pm.
For a first visit, Grounded Flow Yoga and Stretch and Restore are calm entry points, and Postnatal Pilates is a welcoming space for parents with babies. The studio offers its classes on a drop-in basis, and its website gives the full timetable and details of each class before you book.
