YOGALOFT Frankfurt - SAXN is a yoga and Pilates studio in Sachsenhausen Nord, Frankfurt. Reformer Pilates and yoga sit side by side here, with classes such as Yoga Sculpt, Hot Pilates, Barre Fusion and Keep It Classic, a steady, breath-led vinyasa flow. Many classes are strong and strength-focused, built around weights, resistance and balance. Reformer classes run from beginner to advanced, and there are beginner-friendly versions of the sculpt classes. Slower options include Recover & Chill, with longer holds and fascial release, and Tone & Stretch Flow. Classes are spread across mornings and evenings, with some on weekends.
