Groß Borstel

Groß Borstel in Hamburg-Nord has one studio, and its yoga classes lean toward evenings. Bikram Yoga Studio Hamburg offers yoga in several forms, including hot yoga, Bikram and Forrest styles, with gentle classes and some open to all levels. Breathwork appears too, and a smaller share of classes falls on mornings and weekends.
