Yogaloft Hamburg

Yogaloft Hamburg is a yoga studio in Eimsbüttel, Hamburg. Classes mostly sit in hatha and vinyasa, from strong, aligned flows to yin yoga and yin deep touch, which pairs slow holds with Thai yoga massage handgrips. Breathwork, meditation and Pilates also have a place, along with aerial yoga for beginners, prenatal yoga and postnatal yoga with baby. Most classes suit all levels, and some are gentle while others ask for more strength. Classes are led in German and run mostly in the evenings and mornings, with a Saturday vinyasa class to start the weekend.
