Falagueira-Venda Nova

Falagueira-Venda Nova, a district in Amadora, has one studio, Odous Pilates, and the practice here is almost all Pilates. Most classes are on the reformer, with some mat Pilates, a little barre and strength, and strong classes alongside gentler ones. Classes for first-timers and prenatal classes sit next to sessions for experienced students, and the timetable splits between mornings and evenings with a lighter weekend.
