Classes run from first-time sessions with a gentler pace to dynamic, music-led classes with more cardiovascular focus. Prescription Lift brings heavier spring loading and dumbbells, while Recovery Prescription is a slower flow for mobility and flexibility. Prenatal and postnatal classes are part of the schedule, and some classes are taught in Portuguese. Most classes fall in the morning, with a good share in the evening and some on weekends.
