Prescription Pilates Studio is a reformer Pilates studio in Alcabideche, near Cascais. Classes are built around the reformer, from a gentle first class for beginners that covers the basics of the method, to a more dynamic intermediate class with a faster pace and cardiovascular focus. Prescription Lift brings strength training to the reformer, with heavier spring loading, dumbbells and a slower tempo. Mobility and stretch also run through the timetable. Most classes happen in the mornings, with some in the evening and on weekends.
