East of Eden

East of Eden is a yoga and Pilates studio in Leyton, London. Reformer Pilates makes up much of the timetable, alongside mat Pilates, barre and a range of yoga: vinyasa, hatha, dynamic flow and hot yoga. Many classes work on the core and pelvic floor, with a stronger, sweatier pace in the hot Pilates and barre classes. Most are open to all levels, with classes for first-timers, pregnancy and postnatal practice. Classes run mostly in the morning, with evening and weekend options too.
