MoreYoga Stoke Newington is a yoga studio in Clapton, London. Classes cover vinyasa, power flow, hatha, yin and mat Pilates, plus a candlelit flow that moves slowly and gently. Some classes build heat and strength, others hold poses longer or stay calm and unhurried, and a core and pelvic floor focus runs through several. Many are open to all levels, and the Starters' Club series walks first-timers through standing postures, seated postures, beginner backbends and gentle inversions. Classes run mostly in the evenings and mornings, with some on weekends.
