Rather than ‘throwing ourselves up’, in this workshop, we will look at how to develop a practice that supports awakening the legs, and recognising the importance of the shoulder girdle and softness of the groins. This awareness will help us to see how various categories of asanas can promote lightness in the body, as well as working to maintain quietness in the mind and breath. Suitable for people who have a stable Salamba Sarvangasana (shoulder stand) on a regular basis. Variations will be given where necessary. Not suitable for absolute beginners, pregnancy, glaucoma or during menstruation. £35 [/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
