Sawtelle in Los Angeles is a Pilates neighborhood, with reformer classes and a strong, strength-focused feel. Two studios share the schedule, The Pilates Cave and The Pilates Cave- Mat Method, and most classes are pitched at experienced students, with a few for first-timers. Mornings carry the most classes, with a smaller share in the evening and on weekends.
