What the studio teaches
The studio's classes are mostly Pilates, with reformer work, mat Pilates and flow classes forming the core. Yoga follows closely, in vinyasa, mellow flow and power styles, and hot classes run through both. Slower options such as yin yoga, restore and yoga nidra sit alongside the more active classes.
Most classes are 45 minutes long, and the studio also offers longer 60 minute yoga sessions.
When classes run
Mornings carry much of the timetable. About half of classes start in the morning, and the earliest begins at 6:30am. Evenings are busy too, and the latest class starts at 8pm. Weekdays are fuller than weekends, with Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday the busiest days.
The studio has a couple of dozen facilitators, and classes keep a regular rhythm across the week.
