The New Me Lyon 6 Foch

The New Me Lyon 6 Foch is a reformer Pilates studio in Les Brotteaux, Lyon. Every class is reformer Pilates, taught in 50 minute sessions on the machine. Classes are led by a group of facilitators, so the timetable offers a few different voices at the same apparatus. Evenings carry the largest share of classes, mornings follow, and a smaller number run on weekends. The studio sits in the Lyon 6 district near Foch.
