Gaztambide

Gaztambide, a district in Madrid's Chamberí, has one studio, LevelOut Pilates Chamberí, and the classes there are Pilates on the reformer. Strong sessions sit beside gentle ones, with classes for experienced people and for anyone coming to a first class ever. Mornings and evenings are about equally common, weekends are lighter, and a few classes run in German or are made for postnatal bodies.
