HERSPACE is a reformer Pilates and yoga studio in Maxvorstadt, Munich. Classes center on Pilates, both on the reformer and on the mat, with barre sculpt, Pilates strength and a dynamic reformer class alongside. Many focus on core and pelvic floor, and strength and flexibility run through the timetable. Vinyasa flow brings in yoga, and gentle, restorative and prenatal classes sit next to the stronger ones. Classes run through the day, with mornings the most common, plus evenings and weekends.
