Yogalovers München Au-Haidhausen

Yogalovers München Au-Haidhausen is a yoga studio in Haidhausen-Nord, Munich. Classes are taught in English and lean toward calm, slow practice. Candlelight Yin Yoga is a passive, meditative class that holds long stretches for the joints and connective tissue, while Candlelight Yoga Basic Flow returns to foundational poses, alignment and the feel of each transition. Both suit beginners and all levels. Classes run in the evening, with some on weekends.
