What classes you will find here
Most of the studio's classes are yoga, and more than half are hot yoga, so the heat is the main thing that sets this space apart. The styles you will see most are Vinyasa, which links breath and movement from one pose to the next, and Bikram, which follows a set sequence of 26 postures and two breathing exercises. Classes are mostly marked all levels, and a fifth are labeled first class ever.
Alongside the yoga there is a group of Inferno Hot Pilates classes. These are full-body sessions built on Pilates principles, with a sweat-driven, low-impact and high-intensity pace. They come in several focus versions, including arms, legs and glutes, and abs. There are also a few Bikram Beats classes that add music to the Bikram sequence, along with Hatha, yin and restorative classes for a slower session.
How the week runs and who leads
