A wide range of yoga styles

Most of the classes here are yoga, and the range is wide. Vinyasa and Power Flow connect breath with movement, while Ashtanga follows a structured sequence of breath-led postures. Hatha offers a steady, grounded pace, and Yin Yoga: Reset & Restore holds supported postures for several minutes. Mat Pilates and Yoga Sculpt bring core and strength work into the mix.

Most classes are open to all levels, and about a fifth are explicitly marked as a first class ever. Those who already practice can pick the stronger flows, while newcomers can begin with Foundation Yoga or Mindful Stretching.

Mornings, evenings and a mid-day pause

Classes mostly run in the mornings, with about a third starting before noon and a smaller group in the evenings. Busy start times cluster around 8:30am and 10:30am in the morning, and 5pm and 6:30pm in the evening. Most classes last 60 minutes, with shorter 30 and 45 minute options for a lighter practice.

Breathwork has its own place on the schedule. Conscious Connected Breathwork is a guided session for relaxation and clarity, and the Mid-day Reset pairs breathwork, a gentle flow and a sound bath in one hour.
