Day of the Dead/ Dìa de los Muertos – A Ceremony of Remembrance Join us for a soulful gathering inspired by the Mexican tradition of Día de los Muertos — a time to honour life, remember loved ones, and celebrate the beautiful connections that stay with us. We’ll come together for a heart-opening cacao ceremony, a gentle yoga flow, meditation and a soothing sound bath, creating space to slow down, reflect, and connect with ourselves and each other. Through sound, music, and moments of shared expression, we’ll allow space for whatever wants to unfold — whether that’s stillness, singing, gentle movement, or simply being present. Bring a personal object that holds a special meaning or reminds you of someone you wish to honour. Together, we’ll create a space for remembrance, gratitude, and connection. A moment to honour what was, embrace what is, and celebrate the beauty of being alive.
