Yay Joseph de Maistre : le Yoga pour tous is a yoga studio in the Grandes-Carrières area of Paris. The timetable centers on hatha and vinyasa, with yin, gentle and restorative classes alongside. Some classes pair hatha or yin with a sound bath, and there are prenatal and postnatal classes too. Hatha is taught with attention to the energy of each posture rather than performance. Class names are in French, such as Yoga Doux and Vinyasa Aligné, and many classes are open to all levels. Classes run through the morning and evening, with a share on weekends.
