Yoze on Avenue de la Porte de Clichy is a yoga and Pilates studio in the Epinettes neighborhood of Paris. Yoga leads the schedule, mostly vinyasa, with yin and a Vinyasa & Yin class for slower, quieter practice. Pilates Energy and Cuisses Abdos Fessiers add strength work, with attention to the core and pelvic floor. Yoga Basics and gentle, restorative classes suit beginners and anyone new to the practice.
