Yoze 64 rue des Tournelles is a yoga studio in the Archives neighborhood of Paris. The classes center on vinyasa, with flowing sequences of about an hour, and a few that pair vinyasa with yin for slower, restorative work and flexibility. Evenings are the most common time to practice, with a smaller set of mornings and a good share of classes on weekends. Ten facilitators lead the schedule, so the pace shifts from one class to the next, from steady flow to quieter, calmer sessions.
