When and how classes run

The studio's timetable leans toward the morning. More than half of its classes fall before noon, and about a third begin before 9am, with the busiest start times at 7am and 8am. Evenings are the second strong window, with about a third of classes starting after 5pm and the busiest slots at 5:30pm and 7pm. Weekend classes make up about a fifth of the schedule.

Classes usually run 60 minutes. Some are shorter, such as the 45-minute Sunrise 45: Vinyasa Yoga, and some longer, such as the 90-minute Open Level Hatha Yoga + Meditation. Nearly all classes can be taken in both the local language and English.

Yoga and Pilates under one roof

Yoga is the core of the studio, with vinyasa, hatha and alignment yoga inspired by the Iyengar tradition. Open Level Vinyasa Yoga and Intermediate Vinyasa Yoga show how the style moves from familiar standing postures toward inversions and backbends. Yoga Foundations: Alignment Yoga is the place to begin for newcomers, with close attention to basic poses and breathing.

The Pilates side covers mat work and the springboard. Pilates Mat: The Classics builds from the classical mat repertoire, while Long + Strong Pilates Equipment uses springs and levers to add resistance. Some sessions end with meditation or breathwork, so the practice can finish with a slower pause.
