Every Sunday, we invite you to step onto your mat with an open heart and no expectations. Our Sunday Surprise Class delights, inspires, and keeps our practice fresh. Each week brings something new — a visiting teacher, a unique style of yoga, a special theme, or a creative twist to deepen your journey. This class is about embracing the unexpected, finding joy in variety, and connecting with the community in a playful and adventurous way. No two Sundays will ever be the same — but each one will leave us feeling energized, inspired, and a little more in love with your practice. 🌿 All levels welcome. Come with curiosity. Leave with a smile.
