✨ Letting Go of the Old Year – A Ceremonial Yoga Journey ✨
Let go of what you are carrying.
In Compassion Yoga Studio’s words
We are welcoming Seriko after her succesfull yoga and ceremony workshop from last year. As the year comes to a close, join us for a transformative yoga practice designed to release what no longer serves you and open space for new beginnings. This special XL class weaves together yoga, chakra-inspired practices, mindful movement and a soothing special tea ceremony — creating a sacred space to reflect, cleanse, and realign body, mind, and spirit. Through breath, movement, and ritual, we will journey through the energetic centers (chakras), exploring where we hold on and how to gently let go. You’ll leave feeling lighter, grounded, and ready to welcome the year ahead with clarity and peace. At a certain moment, Seriko, with her Japanese cultural background, will gently guide us through a traditional tea ceremony — a serene invitation to presence, gratitude, and the art of simplicity. Inspired by the essence of wabi-sabi — the quiet beauty of imperfection and transience — this ceremony offers a mindful closing to the year, a space to bow inward and embrace the new with openness and grace. Come as you are — this is a deeply nourishing and heart-centered experience for all levels. PS: For those who are sensitive to matcha, we also offer a gentler alternative — so everyone can take part in this beautiful, heart-centered ceremony.
