November 3, 10 & 17 + December 1 & 8Tuesdays 3:00pm–4:00pm Pregnancy can hold so much at once: excitement, uncertainty, change, anticipation, joy, fear, and the strange experience of becoming someone new. HELD is a five-week support circle for pregnant folks to move through the shifts and transformations of pregnancy in community. Facilitated by therapist Jessica Swerbillow, each week blends open conversation with gentleguidance — a place to talk through what pregnancyis bringing up for you, learn from others walking thesame road, and pick up tools for the transitionahead. Facilitated with psychoeducation woven in. The same group will gather each week, allowing trust, connection, and community to deepen over the course of the series. Come exactly where you are. There is nothing you need to prepare, perform, or figure out before you arrive. Investment: $150 for the full 5-week series (breaks down to $30 per session) Registration includes the full five-week series. Space is intentionally limited to keep the circle intimate and consistent. Bonus: session scheduled right before prenatal yoga at 4pm if you chose to stay for a double header. Meet your facilitator: Jessica is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and mother of two who understands, personally and professionally, the emotional, relational, and identity shifts that come with pregnancy and the transition into parenthood. In her private practice, she offers individual and couples therapy with warmth and care. She is passionate about creating spaces where expecting and new mothers feel seen, supported, and never alone.
