Studio Evolve is a reformer Pilates studio in Wallingford, Seattle. The classes are built around the reformer, from essentials classes that introduce the equipment to beginners or people returning after a long break, to an intermediate class for those experienced with Pilates equipment. A multi level open class offers beginner, intermediate and advanced variations within the same hour. One strength focus class brings hand weights and other props into the reformer work. Classes run through the day, with mornings and evenings both well represented and some on weekends.
